What you can do for us as Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you contribute to achieving 202up's sales targets, or even better: exceeding them. To achieve this, you will work hard to acquire new customers and support our existing customers. You will convince the B2B target group of our solutions with professional presentations and a lot of communication talent - on site, on the phone, via video conference or at trade fairs and events. You prepare offers and shine in the negotiation phase with strong arguments and creative negotiating skills. To stay on top of the times, you intensively observe the market and sales trends in the industry. At a glance:

- Definition and achievement of sales targets
- Acquisition, new customer acquisition, support of existing customers
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
- Representation at trade fairs and events
- Documentation and reporting
- Effective communication, close exchange with the sales and marketing team

What you ideally bring with you

- Experience as a sales manager (B2B, ideally also in the real estate sector), but: committed career changers also welcome!
- Sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, structured approach
- Desire for teamwork and independent work
- Creativity and resourcefulness
- B.A./B.S. degree (or similar)
- Experience in SaaS / Cloud software sales
