What you can do for us as Head of Sales

As Head of Sales at 202up, you take responsibility for all sales topics. In close coordination with management, you define sales KPIs based on business and growth plans and ensure that these sales targets are achieved, or better yet, exceeded. To do this, you will develop sophisticated B2B sales strategies, tactics and action plans and ensure that strong and long-term customer relationships are built and maintained. Last but not least, 202up is a PropTech startup. So there are some basics to get right. This includes building (recruiting, training, management) as well as operationally managing a powerful sales team and implementing sales tools and structures that form the promising basis for the planned revenue and company development. • Proven experience as Sales Director (B2B, ideally also in the Real Estate sector)
• Solid experience in planning, managing and closing sales processes
• Experience with the implementation and maintenance of sales tools
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience in setting up sales departments, leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire for teamwork and independent work
• Creativity and resourcefulness
• B.A./B.S. degree (or similar)
• Experience in SaaS / cloud software sales or real estate sales
